For the barge mooring winch, is there any overload requirement? should belooked as anchor windlass winch or normal mooring winch?

i think the barge should be pipelay and accommodation barge, maybe the barge have a big crane.

yes, this is scantrol product. they are more on software. how about the overload from designer's view?
