For Cargo Ships, Solas doesn't request the PA louder speaker in the engine room.

From SOLAS Chapter III a public address system is only required on passenger ships, to provide the ability to broadcast audible announcements to the passengers who are not trained seafarers. For cargo ships, SOLAS does not require a public address system to be installed, as audible announcements can be made to the crew by other pre arranged means of communication.

On cargo ships we only concern with the public address system is when the system is used to sound the general emergency alarm or the fire alarm. When the public address system is configured in this manner on cargo ships, the requirements for public address systems mentioned in the LSA code and the ship rules, Part 6, Chapter 2, section 17.3 are to apply.

广播系统在机舱里面没有要求，8,9,10楼说的是对的。
即使在机舱布置广播，广播出来的声压也不能满足高出噪音的要求。

机舱一般设置15w号筒扬声器，实际分贝达不到120大概110左右吧总的没试过
