Responsibilities | Site Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction solving technical problems on a daily basis together with the customers as in close co-operation with the Project Manager. Projects consist mainly of contracted system integration contracts including main engines, propulsion equipment as well as electrical and automation equipments. Site Manger is the communication link between the customers and internal resources in the project team.
-Provide technical support at the pre-project stage on request.
-Participate in the process of preparing the contract for execution.
-Participate in the SOR and initiate kick-off meeting(s) when required.
-Manage (plan, steer, follow-up, analyze and report) contracted projects in close co-operation with the Project Manager.
-Prepare and provide the Customer with project specific advice.
-Maintain the daily contacts with the Customer.
-Improve customer satisfaction
Be responsible for the technical performance of the contract as well as customer satisfaction. |
