锚链舱水密

For vessels built after 1. July 2003 it is required that the spurling pipes and cable lockers are to be watertight up to the weather deck.

请问这句话如何理解？锚链舱口有锚链通过，如何才能做到水密？

Loadline requirement.

this requirment is more relaxing than weathertight like hatch cover. if a portable cover put on top of spurling pipe through which chain cable goes into chain locker, it could be acceptable.

对于锚链舱小舱盖设置等距离螺栓压紧可以保证水密
对于锚链管配置盖子以保证最小进水就可以了

要求出自载重线公约03修正案05年1月1号生效

第22 - 2 条锚链管和锚链柜
（1）锚链管和锚链柜向上至露天甲板应为水密。
（2）如果设有出入口，则应用坚固的盖关闭并用间距紧密的螺栓紧固。
（3）放置锚链的锚链管应装设永久性附装的关闭装置以使浸水减至最少。

锚链舱加盖子倒是见过，但好像并不要求风雨密，因为并没有做风雨密试验

锚链舱在首楼内的观察口应为水密人孔盖,

锚链在通过首楼甲板锚机底座的锚链管处,应设置盖板,最大限度减少进水(前端设盖板,后面用帆布包扎下,且应永久附连在进口附近)

above weather deck do not need watertight ,so the chain pipe not need watertight ,but anything on the bulkhead should keep watertight include hatch cover and chain release
