职位描述：
Job Description (Overview, responsibilities etc):
To carry out plan approval of the structural aspects of a variety of Lifting Appliance and Materials Handling equipment. Such items include ships' cranes, LSA davits, elevators, heavy lift cranes, industrial and dockside cranes, piping laying and other equipment of a novel design.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan approval of Lifting Appliances in accordance with Lloyd's Register's code for LAME, Lloyd's Register's link span Rules and relevant national or international standards, codes or regulations using direct calculation methods
-To provide an advisory service to clients and surveyors for lifting appliance certification
-To liaise directly with clients and CFOs on lifting appliance matters
-To prepare all types of technical reports and correspondence

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in majors of structural engineering, mechanical engineering, naval architecture or equivalency
-Above 5 years relevant working experience in relevant industries
-Good command of written and oral English
-Good interpersonal skills etc
