尾气排放监测系统(Emission Monitoring System)

MARPOL对于NOX的排放有一些限制指标，但是是否、什么时候安装尾气排放监测系统(Emission Monitoring System)不知道有无规定?

BV的Cleanship和Supperclean对于安装这样的设备有一定的要求，如下：

2.5.2  NOx emission limits NOX排放限制

The limits applicable to nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions onboard ships having the additional class notation   CLEANSHIP SUPER or   CLEANSHIP SUPER AWT are to be taken as 80% of the emission limits given in Ch 9, Sec 2, [2.9.3].

限制NOX排放有另外的入级符号 CLEANSHIP SUPER 或者CLEANSHIP SUPER 把在CH9, SEC 2,[2.9.3]中的标准的80%作为限制标准

2.5.3  On-board direct NOx measurement  and monitoring equipment 船载NOX测量和监控设备

Ships having the additional class notation   CLEANSHIP SUPER or   CLEANSHIP SUPER AWT are to provided with a NOx  direct measurement  and monitoring equipment, which is to be type-approved by the Society in accordance with the IMO Resolution MEPC.103(49): "Guidelines for on-board NOx verification procedure -Direct measurement  and monitoring method".

船舶有CLEANSHIP SUPER 或者 CLEANSHIP SUPER AWT应装一个NOX直接测量和监测设备，必须通过船级社根据IMO规范 MEPC.103(49): ”船载NOX 检测程序-直接测量和监测方法“的型式认可。

听说其他的船级社对于环保的船也有一些要求。

我的问题是：大家是否碰到要安装这样设备的船，是如何处理的？

现在船级社带CLEAN SHIP 符号船D对尾气排放都有这个要求。
