根据LR规范 1.6.2 I II级管附件工厂材料测试证书可以代替 LR 材料证书；但现在验船师要求提供产品证书。 不知道各位遇到这种情况没有？ 是不是LR船I II级管附件均需提供产品证书吗？ 1.6 Materials 1.6.1. Materials for ferrous castings and forgings of Class I and Class II piping systems are to be produced at a works approved by Lloyd’s Register (hereinafter referred to as ‘LR’) and are in general to be tested in accordance with the [url=mk MSITStore:F:\资料\船舶设计手册\规范\LR规范2009\Rulefinder_LR.chm::/book02.html]Rules for the Manufacture, Testing and Certification of Materials[/url] (hereinafter referred to as the Rules for Materials).
1.6.2. The manufacturer’s test certificate for materials for pipes, valves and fittings of Class I and Class II piping systems will be accepted in lieu of LR’s materials certificate where the maximum conditions are less than shown in [url=mkMSITStore:F:\资料\船舶设计手册\规范\LR规范2009\Rulefinder_LR.chm::/ch1.1.3.2.5.14.4sect1.html#lrship_pt5_tab_12.1.2]Table 12.1.2[/url].
1.6.3. The manufacturer’s test certificate for materials for ship-side valves and fittings and valves on the collision bulkhead equal to or less than 500 mm nominal diameter will be accepted in lieu of LR’s materials certificate where the valves and fittings are in accordance with a recognised National Standard applicable to the intended application and are manufactured and tested in accordance with the appropriate requirements of the [url=mkMSITStore:F:\资料\船舶设计手册\规范\LR规范2009\Rulefinder_LR.chm::/book02.html]Rules for Materials[/url].
