交流工程现场实用口语

english zone里又有很多关于英语学习的帖子，但好像很少有像施工现场口语交流的，所以希望大虾们多多指教啊！
有些句子不知道这么表达好，老外说什么就　“ＯＫ　ＯＫ”“Ｉ　ｋｎｏｗ＂感觉很不爽啊！
本人英语的确很烂，说是交流，其实求教！

if it is really difficult for the people whose english is not good to speak english influently that you can say some words(vocabularies) to foreigners with making many boy behavior(boy language),most of them aslo can understand you,and vice-versa
