I got one the sentences from the basis of design for one gas production project as follow:
Instrument glycol: required for hydrate mitigation in instrument sensing lines. A separate storage tank of 500 liter and high pressure reticulation system will be located in the chemical store on main deck. The storage tank is topped up from 205 liter drums. The purity standards and consumption of the instrument glycol require that boat loading is not practical for this service and loading using bulkies / IBC, as used elsewhere in Bass Strait, is the preferred method to maintain segregation. which expert can tell me the exact meaning on bulkies / IBC? |
