海洋981为什么入双级？

为什么海洋981要入CCS级和ABS级，主要用于南海的石油开发，入CCS级就可以了啊，是8是出于CCS以前没有类似的平台入级经验，还是以后有可能出租到美国什么的？请教高手，烦劳解答！

主要是出租。就像渤海湾的渤海四号所有的设备说明书全是中英文的。船检也是CCS和ABS。海油现在已经到了没井可打的地步了

Any drilling facilities who fly with Chinese flag must class with CCS to carry out the statutory inspection, However,as this semi-submersible rig is kind of the high profit added project with complicated systems .So owner have to choose ABS who have already classed some similar rigs also designed by F&G to use their experience to benefit this project.
P.S: the initial intended exploring area is only Mexico-gulf & some other places except North Sea.

基本属于强制的. 一个是为了帮助CCS, 还有就是, 入CCS 的,在国内好融资好贷款.

HYSY981船体是入CCS级的，船东是国企，主要是入CCS，也是为了提升国内的海工技术水平；而钻井方面是MH AKER SOLUTION 的，以API标准为主，他们是经ABS认证的，故入ABS船级。

981号，吹牛说是世界最先进的，中海油的项目总经理和总经理在央视吹的，我们做的SAVAN 650也说是世界最先进的，我觉得我们的650比981好很多，最起码不需要锚固。
