应急发电机启动步骤

哪位前辈能总结下应急发电机的启动步骤？
我们那变态船检非要在应急发电机那里给他贴张铭牌，上面写上应急发电机的启动步骤。。。。。。。。。。。

其实船检也没错，也许船上的人员都会操作应急发电机，但是其他人员不知道啊！
可以简单的写一下，应该有个自动/手动的转换开关，写好自动时，怎样怎样，手动时怎样怎样，能够让一个普通机工都能按说明启动应急机就行啊！！

The test of the emergency starter of spring type to be  done as follows: Press the reset
button at the spring loader starer. take the crank handle from it store position beside emergency starte . fit the crank handle to be hexagon shaft end at the starter and load the starter by turing the crank handle clockwise until the indicator behind the sight glass is white . for a warm engine (for a cold engine , should wind until red springs are visible). activate the starter by pulling the release handle upwards,the engine should now start.

应急发电机组在船舶营运过程中，首先要保证燃油、滑油、冷却水和蓄电池都处于正常状态下，运行方式选择开关应该放在自动位置上，当船上发生主电源失电时，能在45秒钟之内自动起动应急发电机组，并能向应急电网输送电能。如果发生自动起动失灵时，应立即将运行方式选择开关放在手动位置上，采用人工方式起动应急发电机组，在机组运行正常后，立即合上应急发电机的供电开关，向应急电网送电。
