1. Non-standard fit up of onboard pipe fabrication
During patrolling inspection, observed the site fabrication pipes were non standard.(refer to see photos)
     Gap of welding part is more than 8mm         Pipe only touching the flange
   
Cooling water system to dump condenser     Fuel oil system pipe fabrication non standard-
                                                                 improper branch holes and hot bending used                                                                             
• The above are only few examples. It is also observed that many of the prefabricated pipes are not matching site condition and are being cut/modified without any due respect vital systems like fuel oil, lub oil  etc.Request to stop this practice forthwith.
• All modification to be informed to the design department and the pipe piece drawings to be corrected and fabricated again.   
2. Foundation support of working air bottle.
The foundation legs used three piece plates supports (refer to see photo)

Request shipyard to be modified the supports with proper reinforcement.
