• Proven spoken and written in English and Chinese is essential
• Self-starter and understand the maritime industry market trends, propose solutions on people, processes, technology and strategy to meet customer business requirements.
• Assume account ownership work closely with target clients to identify their issues and introduction consultant service offerings and position the company as the thought leader.
• Leverage resources from headquarter for project pursuit, responsible for proposal development and closing.
• Capability of generate additional revenue from existing accounts.
• Participate in industry tradeshows, seminars and any other networking opportunities.
• Oversee delivery team and monitor project progress.
• Signing business correspondence according to Corporate Procedure, and according to personal authorization
• Master of Business Administration and under-graduate degree in Engineering Science or relevant discipline is preferred
• 3+ years of industry experience in maritime construction or management consulting firm
• Strong connection with Ship owners, Operators, Shipyards and Ship Design institutes.
• Capable to conduct boardroom presentation and communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Demonstrated successes in identifying opportunities, managing pursuits, proposal presentation and closing
• Excellent problem solving skills and capable to work independently with minimal supervision
