以下是关于空气管的一段话：

In ships not provided with a double bottom, air pipes of small cofferdams or tanks not containing fuel oil or lubricating oil may discharge within the space concerned.

Air pipes of tanks intended to be pumped up are to be led to the open above the bulkhead deck or the freeboard deck.

不太理解是什么意思，尤其是红色部分

另外bulkhead deck 与freeboard deck 间有区别吗？

前者意思是所有甲板包括双层底甲板,二甲板,主甲板
后者仅仅是主甲板的意思

bulkhead deck 应该是collision bulkhead 延伸至最上层的那层甲板吧...??

intended to be pumped up 就是指通过动力泵装载的舱。bulkhead DECK 就是4楼所指的。但不一定就是干舷甲板，因为有的船有多道连续甲板，要看用哪个核定干舷的。

没太明白怎么译的...
intend to 是“打算”
pump up 是什么....

意译过来感觉也不是啊...
