散货货舱和BILGE WELL的关系

请问：
1.散货船货舱舱容和BILGE WELL的容积有关系么？BILGE WELL的容积大小是不是需要根据货舱舱容计算啊
2.BILGE WELL 上的ROSE PLATE(漏水板）的开孔流通面积和货舱舱容有关系么？

why do we need the bilge well? It is only collect the water, no mater it is big or not, but if it is very small, the bilge pump will always lost suction, if it very big, it will be useless, because of very few water.
normally we make the bige well between two frame, it will be easy to make it and no need additional plate, also the structure is strong enough,
this is only my opinion.

污水井最小容积在规范里有要求，船体部分，具体数据要查一下，正常两到三档！
