STACO是何规范标准

All minor bulkhead panelling, and ceiling panelling shall be sandwich panel with galvanised steel skins and a compressed mineral wool core (Staco or equivalent). These panels shall be mounted to the vessel structure using vibration isolation mounts.STACO怎么理解？是规范吗？谢谢
