Aux. engines shall start/stop directly and operate on heavy fuel oil with viscosity of 700 cSt at 50°C ISO 8217, category ISO-F-RMK 55.  However, marine diesel oil (or MGO) shall be used in ports where it might be prohibited in the future to use HFO, in  emergency situations or long-term low load operation .
