Sweat scuppers
Sweat gutters shall be provided between the weathered steel walls and joiner
Linings in way of living space where necessary.
Drainage from the sweat gutters to be discharged either by small scupper pipes spilling to deck below and/or removable plugs screwed into the weathered steel walls.
The drain pan shall be fitted to frames of windows and scuttles, and scupper of vinyl pipe from the drain pan shall be fitted. |
