Is the chain locker fitted with sounding pipe?

The water ballast tanks, peak tanks, fuel oil tanks, void spaces and chain lockers shall be fitted with sounding pipe with screw cap in accordance with the requirements of the Classification Society.
这里的screw cap就是说管子的上部那个铜的头？

是啊，你很明白阿，另外，chain locher 是连接screw cap 侧深尺用的铜链。
