Fatigue calculations to be performed for the interface structure between the hatch covers and the hatch coamings. The calculation to be performed in accordance with recognized procedures, but should at least include the effects of the hull deformations, ship’s motions and accelerations, clearances, friction and loading on the covers.

是说stoper的疲劳，还是说支撑块的疲劳？应该不是说舱口角的key hole的疲劳计算吧？
外力需要用波浪谱？那么问题就复杂化了 |
