After finishing superstructure construction measurement, we found problems as follow:
Block L231:
The front outside walls (L231-F38A) is xxmm shorter than the theoretical dimension.
The aft outside walls (L231-F21A) is xmm shorter than the theoretical dimension.
Block L331:
The front outside walls (L231-F38A) is xxmm shorter than the theoretical dimension.
The front outside walls (L231-F21A) is also xxmm shorter than the theoretical dimension.
Conclusion:
Due to dimensional mistake, these 2 blocks can’t be erected.
Solution:
Yard will partially renew front/aft outside walls of Block L331.

My suggestion:

1. To change word "follow" as "follows".
2. To read "theoretical" as "required" or "designed"
