no internal water ballasting system has to be constructed . it has to be possible to ballast the ponton with external pumps,however.
two spudpoles need to be driven by winches. these poles have a diameter of 900mm with a thickness of 20mm and a total height of 20 meters.
以上这两句是独立完整的，由于我不是船体的，所以有点不明白，还希望各位帮忙看看！

内部的压载水系统不一定必须建立，可以使用外部的泵来压载平衡浮筒

2个spud pole需要锚机来驱动，这些pole直径900mm，厚度20mm有20吗高
