中文技术上就有问题，
外板吊耳割炬割除应留根3mm以上，避免母材损伤，剩余部分应打磨磨平，最后应以砂轮磨平。
The surface shall be smooth flush grinding by rotary burr after the lifting eyes was cutting by torch and 3mm high parts remains.
