今天我们与胡谈过了，关于XX双方已洽谈多次，终于达成一致，我方董事会也已同意，非常遗憾
贵方在siteletter 中又要修改原先的内容，我们完全不能接受，我们希望明天能拿到贵方正式的签字稿，以免影响正式专利协议的签署，如出现届时不能签署xx专利协议的话，责任完全在贵方。

We negotiated your E-mail with Mr. Hu today. After many negotiations, We both sides finally agreed with xx which has been agreed by our Directorate. But now, you want to change the original items, we completely could not accept this. For avoiding effect on signing the formal Licence Contract, we hope we could receive the formal ISA with your signature. If the Licence Contract could not been signed then, the responsibility should be fully charged by your side.
