use english as much as possible,
1. reading english. to read english building specifications, class rules, equipment instruction manuals etc and reading english publications,( news paper, magzine, web etc.),
2. write english. in your work, try your best to write fax and email in english.
3. work with your foreign clients ( shipowner, surveyors, commisioning engineers ) tightly, it can train your listening and speaking.
4. try your best to make notes or minutes of meeting in english, it can help you greatly.
5. come here often and talk with us, especially Navigation. She is warmhearted, and can be online 24 hours.
