如题，这是问一家修船厂的问题，需要翻成中文。
“码头装船土壤的承重”？因为对船厂完全不懂，所以只能按字面翻译，不知道是什么。。。跪求帮忙？
希望能帮忙翻译+稍稍解释一下问题。。

loadout? = layout ? =blowout ?

soil ? =sail? =oil ?
