制造商须提供包含rendering value在内的绞车制动性能证书（B.H.C证书），这里的rendering value 指试验刹车能力时所用的制动力或扭矩的数值大小，亦即所宣称的、所演示的、所呈现的或所表现的刹车制动力或力矩。
