250 mm (10") and we are fabricating copper, steel, lead and alloy piping for
all types of vessels there. Beside the pipe shop, that is our electrical shop.
Now we have come to our steel fabrication shop, shall we go into the work-
shop?
G: Thank you. I think it is not necessary to see it. By the way, can you repair
ABB Turbocharger?
W: Surely, we have an ABB Turbocharger Service Station in our dockyard.
Would you like to see it?
G: Yes, there are some troubles with our ship's turbocharger, which may need

21. Let's check the general condition of the ship hull from stem to stem.

23. The rudder has been unshipped and laid flat in the dry-dock.
24. What will be the height of test head?
25. 1.5 times the full load draught.
26. The measurement has been taken up. It is 2. 5mm in the sideways at the
lower bearing.
27. The rudder stock should be sent to shop for alignment and to be subjected to
ultrasonic detection for defects.
28. If there is not any twisty deformation greater than 2癮nd without any serious
cracks the rudder stock can be remedied.
29. The cracks are to be chipped off to sound metal first.
30. It should be built up by welds.
31. After that it is to be annealed and a keyway is recut.
32. There are little leaks on the rubber packings in the port side seams of No. 2
hatch.
33. The wires are unfit for use.
