Flash/BOG System
The flash gas and Boil-Off Gas (BOG) vapors returned to the barge from the storage tanks and floating storage unit (FSU) are warmed in 26-E-0101AlB, the BOG exchanger, against medium pressure BOG and then compressed to the LP Fuel Gas pressure of approximately 8 barg with the Low Pressure (LP) BOG Compressor, 26-C-010IAIB. With the warming ofthe gas, conventional carbon steel compressors can be used. When operating with the FSU, the BOG rate is high enough that both LP BOG Compressors will run in parallel at approximately 700/0 of the rated capacity. Oil-flooded screw compressors are an excellent choice for boil-off gas compression due to their excellent turndown capability and reliability.
A portion of BOG from the LP BOG Compressors is split off and sent to the Refrigerant Exchanger, 23-E 0101. The gas enters the top of the box and splits internally to the three cores. LNG exits the bottom of the box and combines with the main LNG product stream.
The rest of the BOG from the LP BOG Compressors is used to heat the incoming cryogenic BOG in 26-E 0101 AlB. Now cold from the BOG exchanger, the LP BOG is warmed against feed gas in 26-E-OI06, BOG ReheatExchanger,beforebeingsenttoHPBOGSuctionDrum,26-V-0I03. Aportion ofthegasstreamis sent to the LP Fuel Gas Header to be used as fuel in the power generator engines (by others). The remaining gas is sent to 26-C-OI02A1B, the High Pressure (HP) BOG Compressors, where it is compressed to 36.5 barg. This oil-flooded screw compressor will have an installed spare compression train to avoid flaring if one machine must be taken offline for maintenance. The discharge gas is then sent to the molecular sieve dehydration system and used as regeneration gas.

闪蒸气和BOG系统蒸发气从储罐回到驳船上,FSU浮动存储装置在BOG交换器26-E-0101A/B里被加热,中压BOG之后通过低压BOG压缩机26-C-0101A/B被压缩成低压LP燃气,压力值大约为8barg。由于气体经过加热,常规型碳钢压缩机可以使用。当FSU伴随着运行时,BOG速率足够高以致两台LP BOG压缩机都可以平行达到额定荷载的70%。对于BOG气压缩而言,和油冷却螺旋压缩机oil-flooded screw compressor是极佳的选择,调节能力卓越,值得依赖。
一部分来自LP BOG压缩机的BOG被分裂开来送至制冷剂交换器23-E-0101。气体进入交换器的顶部,在盒内分裂至3个芯片。LNG离开交换器底部,与主LNG产品合股气流。
剩下的来自LP BOG压缩机的BOG用来在26-E-0101A/B里加热进入的低温BOG。此时来自BOG交换器的冷气,被送入HP BOG吸罐26-V-0103之前,在26-E-0106BOG再热交换器里, LP BOG被原料气加热。一部分气流被送至LP燃气联箱供给动力发电机组(由其他)。剩余的气体被送至高压BOG压缩机26-C-0102A/B压缩至36.5barg。在油冷却螺旋压缩机上安有一个备用的压缩线避免燃烧,如果某一台压缩机需要下线保养。之后,释放的气体被送至分子筛脱水系统,被用作再生气。

我只知道 BOG是烧油漆的系统。 (system)

这些设施是在FPSO用的
