管子制完以后要酸洗在安装之前。对内衬是聚乙烯的，在做衬里之前，用打砂来代替酸洗

钢管建造完工之后，应先酸洗，然后才能安装。
而对于应用于聚乙烯内搪层的钢管，在做衬里之前，应进行喷砂，而不是酸洗。
聚乙烯内搪层，不知道翻译的对不对。

钢管加工后，在进入船体安装前必须进行酸洗。如果该管线要内衬聚乙烯，则在衬里前，要求对管子进行打砂处理
