We are already carefully check the shaft line assemble work man ship which are submitting from the shipyard.
Now, we totally understand your procedure and your quality rule can be work if your straight follow. But even that we have to send a few comments as follow:
1)After the academic shaft line and rudder line was fixing. Can be start boring job, after boring, the size for the rudder bush and stern tube bearing can be fixed and made them. But after assembling, the inner diameter should be measured. That is key point for us to know shaft sleeve can be match with bearing or not.
2)After the assemble job for the bush and bearing, we need re-calibrate the shaft line and rudder line. And that time we will get finally result.
3)With finally condition about shaft line we just start to check the gap and the epoxy thickness for the M/E foundation.
4)The position fixing for the M/E foundation reaming hole should be refer with position for the shaft stern bearing.

我们已经仔细检查了船厂递交的轴线安装工艺。 现在,我们总的明白了你们的规程和你们直接按照工艺的质量规范。但是我们还是要提出下面几点意见: 1)当理论轴线和舵线固定后,才能开始镗孔工作,镗孔完成后,舵杆衬套和艉管轴承的尺寸才能确定和加工。但是安装后应该测量他们的内径。这对我们来说的关键点是想知道轴套和轴承是否相配。 2)在舵杆衬套和艉管轴承安装后,我们需要重新校核轴线和舵线。此时我们才能得到最终结果。 3)轴线的最后条件满足下,我们才能去检查开口值及主机环氧厚度。 4)主机座铰孔位置应该以轴系艉管轴承位置为参考。 |
