这不就是FSS Code第5.2.2条的要求嘛，引用一下：
2.2.1.2 二氧化碳量应足以放出体积至少等于下列两者中较大者的自由气体：
.1 被保护的最大机器处所总容积的40%，该容积不包括机舱棚上部，该部分从舱棚的一个水平面起算，该水平面的面积等于或小于从舱顶到舱棚最低部分的中点处的舱棚水平截面面积的40%；或
.2 被保护的最大机器处所包括舱棚在内的总容积的35%；
