2、Annual assessment for job performance and salary adjustment 到这里我的理解是,每年对工作表现和薪水调整的考核,其实是类似第三方监管,确切的说,类似是对薪水调整的审核。
3、The regularly assessment is carried out for college-student employees in the first three years, so as to confirm the appropriate position and salary. (语法 词性 不通顺。。。)
4、As for the employees, who have graduated from universities/colleges for less than three years, annually assessment for obtaining posts and salary adjustment shall be carried out.
略加改动 应该好些,
those employee who gradulate in 3 years, annually assessment should be carried out to them to determite the suitable duty and offer.
