China has become the world's third largest shipbuilding country. The shipbuilding company's manufacturing equipment, factory conditions have little difference with the international advanced level, but information technology is still behind, resulting in relatively low productivity. Although China's total shipbuilding output has increased, but the shipbuilding industrial productivity is still significantly lower than in developed countries. One very important reason is that shipbuilding enterprise information technology is lack of sophistication. TRIBON system is an integrated computer software system, designed and developed by the Swedish KCS (Kockums Computer System AB) and assist in ship design and construction. The software is characterized by establishing a database of the production information of a ship with a computer. Through the establishment of a real ship model in the computer, not only finished drawing production drawings, but also the calculation of various information and data management and statistics. Such information can be extracted for production manufacturing to achieve the unity of design and production preparation. Currently, it is not easy to get outfitting drawings in line with the factory standard in TRIBON. If we hand-drawn, even a skilled designer will have very low efficiency .If filling dynamic data (parts table), it is almost to complete all by hand.To meet the production design, improve efficiency and the utilization of TRIBON, it is necessary to find a way to effectively use the model and data of TRIBON also can get drawings in line with the factory standard. Development of ideas: 1.To research parts data sheets and related information extraction technology .2. To develop the function of modifying and referencing the parts table data;
3. To develop TRIBON M3-based ship outfitting design diagram system; 4.Intelligent graphics The system is based on the TRIBON secondary development, mainly via Python language. At the same time it call VB.Net through COM to achieve SQL database connectivity and complex data processing interface. The object of program development is to integrate the Rapid generation function of data files into TRIBON system, so that designers can complete the design in TRIBON without operating other programs outside it , then directly obtain the required documents and save them to the specified path. This paper explains the use of the Attribute function in TRIBON M3's Design manager to solve the problems that adding external data to model in the TRIBON and applied to an outfitting mapping system, to achieve full draw of outfitting installation drawings and plan-making in Tribon , and save the parts table to facilitate the use of other systems. The actual use of the function has good effect and significantly improves the drawing efficiency. Its engineering value is higher. |
