求高手翻译,舵机压配的工艺,详细点,谢谢

PRESS-FITITING PROCEDURE FOR STEERING GEAR

1.
prior to the installation the sleeve,mounting piston,rotor bore and rudderstock has to be throughly cleaned

2.
Fit the mounting piston to the sleeve and enter the sleeve over the rudderstock,lower the sleeve carefully untill the lower end of it is 150mm below top of foundation and supportit by flat steel stripped tothe rudderstock,remove the mounting piston.

3.
Lubricate rotor bore gy oil and center the actuator hanging in china tackles over the rudderstock as accurate as possible.Check that alignments of rudderstock and rotor center line is as close as possible.


Lowerthe actuator carefully over the rudderstock until it sits lightly on the sleeve cone.No not allow the actuator to sit on the sleeve by its full weight.Fit he o-ring into the groove in sleeve upper end.Lower the mounting pisto and turn it carefully tight against the sleeve by the wrench provided for the purpose and knock it tight lightly by a hammer.Remove the flat steel supporting the weight of the sleeve.The actuator must remain hanging in the tackles suring the further procedure.


Checkthat the level of the ruddersstock is correct and adjust leve of actuator in order to obtain clearnce between foundation and bedplate to equal to height of spacers plus”pull-up” length

4.
Fit two dial micrometers to monitor relative vertical movement between the top edge of rotor and the rudderstock.Asthe dial micrometer provider by shipyard only can measure from 0 to 20mm,the required distance is 38.5mm,so we prepare a spare one.When the first dial micrometer pull-up distance reach to 19mm,then mack another dial micrometer zero position,continue to monitor.

5.
Connect the injector and tje mounting pump to the rotor and mounting piston by supplied extension high-pressure pipe/horse,start to operate the mounting pump and injector slowly to find the “ZERA-POINT”by moving the actuator forward and backward a little during the pulling.Correct”ZERO-POINT”is when the actuator is tight and the injector press is drained.AT this level the disatance between base of actuator and top of foundation should be the actual”PULL-UP”plus the thickness of spacer.


Start to operate the mounting pump and injector simultanecously and slowly.The china must be lowered simultaneously during”pull-up”.When the actual effective”pull-up”is reached the operation has to be stopped and injection pressure must be drained.Remain the mounting pressure for half an hour,bleed the pressure and re-check distance.

这个好像是劳斯莱斯舵机安装工艺。只是这上面写的也不是很详细。上面所说的“zeropoint”如何具体确定。
