How could a three year old girl do so many things?
How could she got money to buy things?
How could the photogragher take the photo in a so unreal way?
How could they just look around and do nothing?
If the little girl have some relatives, they can do some help, indeed she have I think.
That's why I have doubt.

i see what you mean .
however,i think the pictures taken by photographer ,a miniature,just reflected the conditions they are suffering ,tough ,disabled man and a little girl.yes,they have relatives ,but the relatives can't take care of them from time to time .the little girl has to nurse her paralyzed father herself ,trying her best to do the things beyond her ability .
