1.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
1. 概述

The following technical agreement of Autoload, aloading program system, is prepared for the new building vessel: 5900DWT ASPHALT CARRIER, which is built in Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd. The preparation and supply of the proposed loading program will be in accordance with the following technical agreement and subject to the conditions below, and will comply with the relevant regulations of IMO and CLASS. Autoload, as onboard stability and strength monitoring program, is “type approved program by DNV and LR”.

本技术规格书所述设备为Autoload,,应用于有限公司制造5900DWT 沥青船上。该软件的制作安装过程参照本技术规格书所述条例并结合IMO和船级社规范进行。Autoload是一种船上运用的进行稳性强度监控的装载软件,该软件已被DNVLR型式认可。

2. MAIN CONTENTS2. 主要内容

For the assigned ASPHALT CARRIER Vessels, Autoload will provide the following functions to assist master evaluating and analysising the stability and hull strength of vessel in various loading condition.

针对于成品油船,Autoload提供以下功能帮助该船在各种装载状态下进行稳性和结构强度的计算和分析。

Simulation of a given loading condition, including tank loads, independent weights, wind force.

The Macro Menu is used to access the various calculations and report routines that have been configured for the Autoload installation.

The current loading condition can be easily saved to, and retrieved from, the condition files on hard drive, floppy diskette.

Autoload FILE PREPARATION AND DELIVERY

for Autoload, In order to operate for a specific installation, there are numerous requirements of all parties involved.

Autoship requires specific data from the shipyard/ship owner. This data is defined in the Appendix.

3.2 FILE PREPARATION3.2 文件准备

Numerous files must be created. Autoship will ensure that these files are created and that your installation is totally turnkey. Specifically, Autoship is responsible for:

creation of the hull geometry model file;

生成建模文件

preparation of all system configuration and macro files;

准备系统结构和相关宏文件

preparation of calculations for testing loading conditions;

submitting the loading instrument to the classification society for approval; and providing installation instructions and if necessary, providing on-board installation of the program and training of ship crews.

提供船级社送审的装载报告和必要的安装程序,提供上船安装程序和培训手册

Note: the drawings for approval should be submitted within 45 days after both the contract in force and all necessary documents to be received.

注意:在合同生效及文件提供完毕后的45天内送审。

3.3 SOFTWARE MEDIA3.3 软件

The Autoload will be delivered to each vessel with 3 sets of the CD-ROM consisting of the program files, all necessary configuration files for the vessel, and 8 copies of the instruction manuals.
The program and necessary system files will be installed on the load computer's internal fixed disk.

每船提供3套安装CD8套安装手册。相关程序必须安装在装载计算机的硬盘内。

4. Final Adjustment4.最终调试

The loading program will be prepared according to preliminary loading manual approved by CLASS. The final adjustment will be carried out after inclining test. Autoship will adjust the program if the final loading manual is altered. Autoship will try its best to incorporate the changes and resubmit to CLASS as soon as possible.

装载程序的初步装载手册必须经过船级社认可。最终调试在倾斜试验以后。如果最终装载状态有所改变,Seller应当及时调整,并尽可能确保最终的调试结果和最初送审结果的一致性。

5. Test On Board and Crew Training5. 上船调试和人员培训

Engineer from Seller will attend the test on board in the shipyard. One day crew training will be conducted by CS Marine in shipyard for each vessel.

Seller应当派遣工程师上船进行调试,并对每条船上的船员进行为期一天的培训。

6. Guarantee6. 质量保证

The guarantee period for the hardware and software is 12 months after delivery of vessel. During this period, modification of any fault will be treated with utmost priority.

在交船后的12个月内进行软硬件的质量保修,在此期间任何问题应及时得到维修。

7. Delivery7. 交船

CS Marine undertakes to submit the loading instrument output to the for Approval( longitudinal strength and intact stability). Seller will supply CLASS approved loading computer software certificate two weeks after we received final loading manual.

总纵强度和完整稳性由Seller进行送审。在船东/船厂收到最终装载手册2周内Seller提供船级社认可证书。

初步看,觉得
“Visibility assessment” 应翻译为
“视线及盲区核定”或“视线及盲区评估”
