2006年9月25日交船。节日回来收到好几个保修单,记录一下,不知道对大家有没有帮助。 Claim No. M01 Date of Failure:28.09.06 Main Engine not starting on Fuel In order to depart from XXX port, and start main engine, was found that M.E was turning on air but not starting on Fuel. At the beginning the Two position-three way solenoid valve, which activates puncture valve on fuel pumps when shut down signal is given (from safety system) was overhauled due to small air leakage in way of slacking union. Alghouth solenoid valve was repaired, M.E was tried for start again but with no result. After we vented puncture valves on top of fuel pumps, for all the units, and Main Engine started. Claim No. M02 Date of Failure 28.09.06 Auxiliary Boiler Not Start Auxiliary boiler did not start when steam pressure was reduced to 5 bar during normal sea going condition. The second and third trying for starting were negative. Investigation shows that ignition burner was not working. The D.O ignition burner pump suction filter was opened and found blocked and filled with dirty diesel oil and water. Suction of this pump is from Incinerator DO service tank. Tank was checked and found that DO very dirty and too much water. After C.O was removed from the tank, cleaning was carried out and filling with clean DO. Aux. boiler ignition burner pump suction filter was cleaned, ignition burner was removed from boiler, put to workshop and dismantled. Nozzle was blocked and was in bad condition with also mechanical damage. Nozzle was renewed, Ignition burner was assembled, installed to the boiler and boiler was started successfully. Claim No. M03 Date of Failure 30.09.06 DG No.1 Fuel Injection Valve During voyage DG No. 1 was started automatically due to request from hydraulic power packs, but cannot be put in parallel mode. Second stand by DG No. 3 started. Invistigation show that Cylinder No.2 of DG No. 1 had exh. Gas temperature 470 deg. DG No.1 was stpped, cyl N2 fuel injection valve was removed. Pressure test of injection valve was carried out and found with no spraying. After the first spare injection vv was pressure tested and found in same bad condition. The second spare injection vv was pressure tested, was found ok and installed to DG No.1 Claim No. M04 Incinrator Slag Dor not Open Date of Failre 04.10.06 Incinerator slag door did not open after cooling down sequence (temperature in the combustion chamber has decreased to 170 deg., the flue gas fun will stop and the door lock will open), although display indicated "Door ready to open." After investigation, was found solenoid locking device electronic plate was burned. Relevant picture is going to be sent.
Claim No. D01 Framo Cargo Pumps No.4(P) and No.2(S) Start Failure Date of Failure 30.09.06 In order to start stripping of No.4 Port and No. 2 Sd Cargo Tanks, relevant pumps had start failure. Hydraulic oil pressure in STC local flow valve was normal. After overhauling of each Pump Impeller (which was stuck) was found in way of impeller and suction cover thick layer from grit and mad. Also cargo wear rings (upper and lower) were found very dity, with clearance within tolerance but in few areas were found pitting and scratches (which were caused by the attached grit). One set of Cargo Wear Rings (upper and lower) for each pump is necessary to be delivered on board. After cleaning all the dismantled parties and assembling, cargo pumps started without failure.
