广播扬声器是否应该在驾驶室安装一个

船舶设计手册：机内设有监听扬声器，它跟踪扩音机的输出音量大小。监听扬声器的大小为1W。在驾驶室可外接1W~3W的监听扬声器。
广播扬声器是否应该在驾驶室安装一个？

我看华雁写的内置5W监听扬声器，后来华雁技术主管回复配置的是3W扬声器；富诚也写了内置监听扬声器。问了船东的想法，如图

The public address system shall be a loudspeaker installation enabling the broadcast or messages into all spaces where crew members or passengers, or both, are normally present, and to muster stations. It shall allow for the broadcast of messages from the navigation bridge and such other places on board the ship as the Administration deems necessary. It shall be installed with regard to acoustically marginal conditions and not require any action from the addressee. It shall be protected against unauthorized use.

如果广播主机不设在驾驶室内，那必须设；现在即使广播主机设在驾驶室内也建议设扬声器，因为：1.在全船还有数个遥控广播站，喊话通播不一定在驾驶室；2.根据规范，很多船设计的时候，广播系统是和通用报警相连的，扬声器基本取代了通用报警的警铃。

驾驶室应该要装，和就地广播站连锁。如果使用驾驶室广播站呼叫的话就切断驾驶室的扬声器。
