It's one year from last summer when I came to shanghai. After entering the shipyard ，one of most advanced and modern enterprises，I dedicated all my time to this job。At the very beginning，I even don't know how to start my normal work. Fortunately I got a staff, a qualified colleague to learn from。3 months later，I can figure out most of what I have to face every day. Gradually I take all the work which my supervisor did before,including sending a fax. And our department leader is satisfied with me. It's my luck that I can earn the trust from them.
My speciality is HULL,but I am really interested in machinary.I'm not sure whether I should change the DIRECTION. Simply put,pls just say what you wanna say if you have any constructive suggestion,kind of career schedule. Maybe we can discusss pleasantly,especially you got the same situation.
By the way,I need disclose my salary .I got NET 50,000RMB deducting insurance, housing fund and personal tax for the year. Is it a considerable amount? Maybe,I'm not sure. OK,let's gotta business.I'm confused for the future.Let's talk! talk! talk! |
