Weare managing a pipe laydown area in Las Palmas/Canarian islands for Shell, inthis regards we have a large qty of pipes to be handled from China.

Now,let me explain what we need in detail as follows :

Glencore had the following requirementto ship the below casing from the various listed mills in China to a facilityfor long term storage at Las Palmas in an area that does not attract customsduties or taxes.

As it stood the LPA option we gave themwas not attractive enough & was ultimately scuppered by the transport costsfrom China to LPA as it became evident that shipping to another continent isquite costly !

We have now learned today that Glencore has receivedsubmissions that propose storing the pipes within a free zone in China and thathas driven costs down massively.

The scope of work is as follows & Ihave taken the liberty to highlight the items we wish you to address.

1. Collection and loading at the below listed mill inChina在如下列出的中国各工厂收货和装货

2. Transport to your nominated Free Zone Storage area –approximately 7’500n sqm needed用于存放贵司计划使用的自由存储区域面积估计为7500 平方米

3. Processing of an inspection report prior to vesseldeparture船舶离港前出具检验报告

4. Unloading at the storage facility 在仓库卸载

5. Timber dunnage for stacking the casing 提供木垫料用于叠放

6. Processing of an inspection report after the casinghas been stacked箱子叠放后出具检验报告

7. Monthly storage costs for up to 24 months 24个月，每个月的费用

The storage facility needs to be:

存储地点满足以下要求：

1. Located in an area / country that does notattract customs duties or taxes选择的位置或地区不需要交关税和其他税

2. A secure facility 要有安全设施

3. Allow for ease of access for onward shipment toeither Cameroon or to open market should the casing be sold便于装运至Cameroon或者便于开放市场

Thecasing will be available for collection as per the below outline (Q3 is alreadyavailable for collection)
