卫生单元的门

各位船友，卫生单元上的门，下面那块类似通风格栅的叫什么？为什么有的门上有，有的没有，最好是给出规范依据，谢谢。

可有可无。一般B级门可设的。公约和规范均有要求的。

SOLAS - International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea - Chapter II-2 - Construction - Fire protection, fire detection and fire extinction - Part C - Suppression of fire - Regulation 9 - Containment of fire - 4 Protection of openings in fire-resisting divisions - 4.2 Doors in fire-resisting divisions in cargo ships

4.2.3. In corridor bulkheads, ventilation openings may be permitted in and under the doors of cabins and public spaces. Ventilation openings are also permitted in "B" class doors leading to lavatories, offices, pantries, lockers and store rooms. Except as permitted below, the openings shall be provided only in the lower half of a door. Where such an opening is in or under a door the total net area of any such opening or openings shall not exceed 0.05 m2. Alternatively, a non-combustible air balance duct routed between the cabin and the corridor, and located below the sanitary unit is permitted where the cross-sectional area of the duct does not exceed 0.05 m2. Ventilation openings, except those under the door, shall be fitted with a grille made of non-combustible material.

谢谢你的回复，按照SOLAS的这条规定，也就是说这个开孔可以有，也可以没有，对吗？在这这条规定只适宜于货船吧？

楼主，SOLAS 公约中只是要求在什么情况下可以允许有这个通风口，但是到底需不需要我建议你去看看ILO 公约，看ILO 公约前你首先要看看你门船厂跟船东签订的那个SPEC，中要求使用的ILO92，还是ILO133 的，然后在看看，里面有规定的，船员的居住等舱室在满足防火需求的前提下应尽可能设有通风口，以增大舱室的自然通风。原文不是这么说的但是大概意思就是这样的。请楼主可以参考下。还有，有时候看规范不仅仅要看一门或一本，有的问题貌似很简单，但是要多个规范或公约才能证明的。你还可以看看SPEC，如果它全面的话。希望可以帮到你。

楼主所说那个通风格栅，其实是逃生孔，要是船体发生碰撞变形，门打不开的时候，那个格栅就的作用就出来了，生活区的所有门都会有那个楼上所说的用来通风的格栅。

但我见过的两艘船上的图纸，一艘船上有，一艘没有，所以才来请教大家帮助的。

请注意通风栅是通风栅，逃口是逃口，不要混为一谈，门上可以有逃口，没有通风栅；也可以只有通风栅没有逃口；也可以通风栅和逃口同时有，把通风栅做大到逃口尺寸；关于这个通风栅公约也好，规范也好没有明确要求要或是不要，船东会在规格书写明要或是不要；在要求房间与走廊有压力差的船上就不会要求通风栅；对有隔音值要求的船上最好不要做通风栅，会影响隔音值；卫生单元的门做通风栅不好，有影响舱室的环境风险，很少有船要求卫生单元门做通风栅。

卫生单元的门是否带通风栅，主要与通风有关；一般情况下门的下方距离门槛的距离是20mm左右，如果满足风量计算，不需要通风栅，反之需要增加通风栅，因为卫生单元需要抽气，会形成负压，这是房间内的空气需要补充到卫生单元内，那么就需要空隙进风。愚见仅供参考，毕竟俺老汉不是通风的。
