设备证书和工厂形式认可证书有什么区别？

请哪位大侠指点下迷津？厂家提供了一个DNV证书，上面写的是MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE，难道这就是形式认可证书么？

设备证书有产品证书(product certificate) 和形式认可证书(type approval certificate).

设备在申请证书时, 船级社首先要求对设备生产厂认证. 我估计management certificate应该是工厂的认可证书.

型式认可证书是对应某一型号设备的证书，适用于一批设备；而设备试验证书是对某一个（有时也会包含几个小设备）设备的证书，只适用于单个设备，从证书级别上说，前者要高于后者。型式认可证书一般以Model B 和Model D 再加出厂声明的型式出现。顺便说一句，你说的证书不是型式认可证书。

型式认可证书的颁发按过程分2个部分：
1.产品只是通过了PDA即设计认证（Design Assessed Only）；那么如果您的生产工厂有以下3中情况的，
1）制造厂有可以接受的质量管理体系；
2）制造厂有经过认证的质量管理体系；
3）制造厂被授权可以自检；

2.产品取得PDA，又有了上述三个中任一个条件；就颁发正式的型式认可证书了。

TYPE APPROVAL CATEGORY

AQS, means the manufacturer has an acceptable quality system

RQS, means the manufacturer has a certified quality system

PQA, means the manufacturer is authorized for self inspection

PDA, means Product Design Assessment. This means that the product complies with the stated standards and must be approved by a Surveyor or Engineer for the intended installation.

PDA Ltd - the product requires technical revalidation prior to use

MCA, means approval to the UK

MED, means approval to the Marine Equipment Directive

ABS Type Approval requires a combination of PDA + AQS, or PDA + RQS, or PDA + PQA

ABS Type Approval still requires Surveyor attendance for Unit Certification
