新造船，船厂需要办理多少证书，交给船东？

新船造完，需要提供多少证书给船东？？

1，船级社签发的证书多少？
2，海事签发的证书多少？
3，其它部门签发的证书？

求牛人详细回答。。谢谢了

1. Classification Certificate
2. Safety Construction Certificate
3. Safety Equipment Certificate
4. Safety Radio Certificate
5. Load Line Certificate
6. International Tonnage Certificate
7. Builder’s Certificate (3 originals, notarized)
8. Deratting Exemption Certificate
9. IOPP Certificate
10. Certificate of Compass Adjustment
11. Panama Canal Tonnage Certificate
12. Suez Canal Tonnage Certificate
13. Cargo Gear Certificate
14. Certificate of compliance regarding US-Coast Guard Regulations CFR Title 33 Parts 155,159 and 164 (oil pollution prevention, marine sanitation device, navigation safety regulations)
15. Certificates shall be issued by relevant authorities of Classification Society. Vessel shall comply with the above rules and regulations which are in force at the time of signing this Contract. All the certificates shall be delivered in three-ford, one (1) original and one (1) copy to Vessel, and one (1) copy to Buyer.
16. If the full term certificate or certificates cannot be issued at the time of delivery by the Classification Society or any third party other than Seller, then the provisional certificate or certificates as issued by the Classification Society or the third party other than Seller with the full term certificates to be furnished by Seller after delivery of Vessel and, in any event before the expiry of the provisional certificate, shall be accepted by Buyer.
17. Classification Certificate for anchor, chains and hawsers, machinery and equipment
18. Certificate for life-boats and life saving equipment
19. Certificates for navigation lights and special signal lights
20. Non-Registration Certificate issued by the Builder confirming that the Vessel has not been registered in any registry or other record prior to its delivery and acceptance by the Buyer.
21. Any other document reasonably required by the Buyer for transferring legal title of the Vessel and assisting the Buyer in registering the Vessel under the laws and the Marshall Islands Flag shall be agreed by the parties in Addendum no 1 to the present Contract.

除了以上说的是证书，还得有文件和复合声明，比如SOPEP，Table of discharge rates of untreated sewage in accordance with MEPC. 157(55)，Inspection of boiler, thermal oil heaters and pressure vessel，Details on Automatic & Remote Controls of Propelling Machinery in Motor Vessel (AUT 1-M)，等等
