裂纹产生的原因：多条焊缝距离过近，其中作为'马克标识'的焊缝质量不好，导致应力集中。
CSDU "xx xx xx xx " had fractures on column resulting in sea water leaking into pump rooms and
ballast tanks. Vessel is currently under attendance at sheltered water to investigate the cause of
fracture and work out repair plan.
The fracture, initiated from weld bead of the UWILD mark, had penetrated through the column
shell plate and the full penetration weld on the other side (diagonally) resulting in sea water
ingress into pump rooms and ballast tanks .
