hello, i resigned from jinling shipyard in June, 2006, to be frankly, so many departments in this shipyard, and also so many young and middle -year staff , it is very difficult to get nice position, if you want to become foreman or leader, you should wait for many years quietly, maybe you will success. salary is around 3000RMB per month, new trainee may be 1500RMB. over. good luck to you.by the way, which university/college do you graduate from?
