说到加班嘛,看看我们公司的HR是什么态度,我们是既没有加班费也没有饭补的(施行饭补大概只有几天就取消了,这个就是取消的通知),难不成ABS的xdjm认为其他外企的xdjm都是打酱油的,活儿少?或者是没有绩效考核目标?另外,哪位兄台给我举个外企的例子,没有楼上那位vip说的弊端的?
You have received a memo at early of Nov. about the Meal Reimbursement for late work as below.
Please be kindly noted that, as required by the country HR, the company doesn't encourage overtime work in principle unless there are specific reason with completed approval process ( details pls. refer to handbook), we therefore have to withdraw the following memo and let us keep current practice, say manager have to use the judgement for having the meal and the reimbursement amount due to late work.
