合同的这段话，真是拗口

BUILDER shall remit payments to DESIGNER’s designated bank account within thirty(30) days of approval of payment without set off or counterclaim for any reason whatsoever.
For avoidance of doubt it is expressly agreed that the BUILDER shall not be entitled to withhold payment of any invoice from the DESIGNER as long as the payment is not in dispute by the Parties.
BUILDER may withhold only the disputed amount on any invoices presented.
