Job Summary: Position demonstrates accountability forfunctional, business, and board company objectives.In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet businessneeds across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areaof expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to theoverall business strategy.岗位综述：

· Serve as the primary interface with assigned customers forall matters concerning inside sales, and total support, insuring that bothcustomer and company objectives are met.· Manage the activities of supporting organizations, toensure that technical and business problems are resolved in the balancedinterest of the company and the customer· Interface with both oversea sales and local operations team as required· Timely respond to all customer inquiries on the processingof customer orders, acknowledgements, amendments, and alterations· Establish, implement, and monitor the Order process forassigned customers· Cover all disciplines within the Order process, including financial, contractual, andlegal relations with the customer· Provide functional direction to supporting personnel(project coordinators); apply knowledge of product support to identify andsolve any current or potential problems · Build customer relationships and communication at alllevels· Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived bythe customer · Drive improvements inkey processes for the customer· Maintain support of the organization’s sales objectivesand customer satisfaction through critical material allocation; effectivemanagement of foreign sales tax criteria, and review and reporting of allcustomer credit requests· Screen and analyze customer order practices looking fortrends and unusual order practices· Monitor special programs; coordinate both internally andexternally with the customer · Othertasks assigned by Head of Sales or Managing Director
Job Requirements: 工作要求：
Education, Training,Experience:教育、培训和经验：· Bachelor's degree preferably in mechanical engineering froman accredited university or college · At least 5 additional years of experience of direct sales,account or team leadership experience
