关于机舱进水时间的计算

ＤＮＶ规范里有如下要求：

401 The location of the controls of any valve serving a sea inlet,
a discharge below the waterline or a bilge injection system
shall be so sited as to allow adequate time for operation in case
of influx of water to the space, having regard to the time likely to
be required in order to reach and operate such controls. If the level
to which the space could become flooded with the ship in the
fully loaded condition so requires, arrangements shall be made to
operate the controls from a position above such level.
(SOLAS Ch. II-1/48.3)
402 If it can be documented by calculation of filling time that
the water level is not above the tank top floor after 10 minutes
from the initiation of the uppermost bilge level alarm, it will be
accepted that the valves are operated from the tanktop floor.
Guidance note:
Various Flag Administrations have worked out their own interpretations
of this regulation.

区别还是有的，比如机舱浸水时间的计算，国防科技出版的就没有
